  • 座談會邀請臺灣大學經濟系榮譽教授陳博志開場，進行《年金改革之目的、觀念與經濟學理》專題演講。本次座談會共分上、下兩場舉辦。上半場，由考選部考試委員蔡良文擔任引言人，淡江大學管理科學學系教授陳登源與淡江大學保險學系教授郝充仁，以「年金改革之回顧」為題共同討論。下半場，由考選部考試委員黃錦堂擔任引言人，立法委員李桐豪、臺灣大學社會學系教授薛承泰與臺灣大學社會工作學系教授古允文探討「年金改革之前瞻」。
